Printing methods

Offering a customised T-shirt  is the guarantee of doing a pleasant deed!
In order to offer you the best design quality  possible, Tshirt-Planet uses a high-performance printing technique, the  flocking technique.

Flocking is a procedure of applying a very thin polyurethane film on a tissue, procedure effected under hot high pressure on a pressing machine. The film contains the design previously cut with the help of a digital cutter called "plotter". Flocking on a T-shirt may consist in two different forms of printing:  the Flex transfer and the digital transfer.

The  Flex transfer is a printing method used mainly on sports equipment such as customised soccer T-shirts. The  flocking technique - transfer flex is usually used also for customising T-shirts, sweat shirts, hooded sweatshirts etc. because it is very resistant. In fact the textile is washable in the washing machine at  60°. Flex is the name of a matter (a very thin and flexible film) and it is thus often used for mono colour markings. At your demand, we can also print in several colours.

For the  digital transfer the pattern is printed on a transfer paper (made of very thin polyurethane) cut to the measure and then applied on the textile or the gift to customise.
